Let’s Build a Wheel!

Have you ever walked into a quilt store and been overwhelmed by all the choices? Do you tend to stay with pre-cuts when you pick a quilt pattern? Do you ever look at a quilt in progress and wonder why something in the color choices seems off? Then this class is for you! In this class we'll explore color tools and build your own color wheel, learn about fabric choices to provide harmony and contrast to your quilts, and then apply these ideas to a fabric pull you can be proud of!! 

 

What’s Your Color Formula?

Have you every wondered why you are drawn to certain colors, or why certain fabric choices just seem to work? In this class we'll talk about the art and science of color, identify your color formula, explore color combinations that can broaden your options, and create a fabric collage that you can use as a guide for future projects.
